Time for Round 3 of Chemo
We’ve had so many people reach out asking how they can be praying for us this weekend, and we are so touched by the continued love and prayers for Erma. I want to be honest, going into this round brings me a lot of anxiety. Our last stay was filled with tears and frustration, and I’m really hoping this one will be different. This round of chemo also comes with harsher side effects, which makes me nervous.
Here are some specific ways you can pray:
That the side effects are minimal, with no loss of hearing.
That Erma’s heart and attitude remain calm and at peace during her inpatient stay.
That Caleb and I have patience and strength to best support Erma.
That Erma is able to peacefully find rest and sleep easily while in the hospital.
