Chemo round 4 is complete!

This round was rough, and Friday was especially hard. Erma battled continuous diarrhea all day, her eyes were swollen with dark purple bags, and she was in so much pain. Watching her so uncomfortable and irritable really broke our spirits. I worried so much about what her labs would show on Saturday… but God gave us a little miracle and her labs looked great! We were released yesterday on fluids, and she’s doing well right now.

We’re praying she doesn’t spike a fever or start to experience delayed nausea or other side effects in the coming days. Thank you all for continuing to be faithful prayer warriors for our girl.

Im also praying and believing that one day Erma will be healed of this horrible disease and grow up to be a teenager who cringes at me telling the world she had diarrhea.
