I waited too long to ask for more prayers for Erma, and I’ve really learned my lesson, the power of prayer is so real. You all have been so steady in praying with me and believing for our miracle.

When I first posted, Erma was in so much pain and her ANC counts were only 20. In order for her to heal and feel better, her ANC needs to be higher. Her counts usually take a long time to move, but after all of your prayers, her counts jumped from 20 to 210 in one day, and for her, that is absolutely a miracle. And then last night, they jumped again… all the way to 1100. This is unreal. We weren’t even at 1100 when she was admitted!

She’s still on a pain pump and will likely need it for several more days, but she has already improved SO much. Once we start weaning her from the steroids tomorrow, we’re hoping she’ll be back to her normal level of spice and maybe the roid rage will ease up a bit.

I am just so grateful for everyone’s prayers. They are working. I’m learning to never hold back from asking for them, and that there truly is no prayer request too small. Thank you for letting me lean on Erma’s army. Thank you for messaging me and sending me your prayers and advice. I’m so grateful for each of you.
